At Castle Bromwich Infant and Nursery School we believe that every child is a unique individual with the potential to grow, learn and thrive. Our job is to provide the caring, secure environment in which that can happen, alongside the challenge and stimulation that helps every child stretch a little further than they thought they could.

Everything we do is shaped by our three values: Kindness, Belonging and Perseverance.

Kindness is how we treat each other. It is the warmth you feel in our classrooms, the way our children look out for their friends, and the respect our staff show every family who walks through our doors.

Belonging is the promise we make that every child, every family and every member of our team feels valued, included and truly part of our school community. No one is on the outside looking in at Castle Bromwich Infant and Nursery School.

Perseverance is the mindset we build in our children. It is the quiet determination to try, to learn from what did not work the first time, and to keep going. It is the foundation of confident, curious, resilient learners.

Our aim is simple: for every child to be the very best they can be. We want them to be safe, happy, included and inspired, and to leave us as independent, critical thinkers ready for whatever comes next. We can only achieve that by working closely with our families, our governors and the wider community, and I am always grateful for the strength of the partnership we share with all of you.
